1. Bed frame without any inserts, 
2. Optional pneumatic lift slatted base (48 wooden slats, steel frame),

The back of the bed is fully upholstered.
The cover is not removable
Most stains from the upholstery can be removed with water and any kind of a mild detergent like soap and then wiped dry. Do not scratch or rub.
