Delivery across EU
We believe in simplicity and we want to make sure that our great design will be accessible—that’s why we offer free shipping on orders that meet a certain value threshold, which varies depending on your location. Delivery within Poland
We ship products directly to your home or office. Shipping costs are calculated based on the contents of your order and shown in the cart. Small products ship free; an additional fee applies only if your order includes medium or large items. The delivery fee is charged once per order, regardless of the number of products or the order value.
Delivery to Switzerland, Norway & UK
For our friends in Switzerland, Norway and the UK, shipping is also free depending on the order value. All customs charges and national VAT will be covered by noo.ma, as all packages are sent using DDP (shipper covers all costs). Delivery outside Europe
We are pleased to offer shipping for selected products to the United States, Canada, and Japan. Explore our globally shipped collection here and access shipping details at checkout.
We ship our products directly to your home or office.
Most items are delivered by trusted couriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL) with carry-in service, including taking packages upstairs. For larger orders or bulky items (e.g. sofas), we use pallet shipping. This service is curbside only and does not include carry-in to your door. All products from one order are shipped together unless otherwise stated.
