Where is noo.ma from & what values does it stand for?

noo.ma is a Polish startup brand offering new generation furniture and accessories, designed by visionary designers and sustainably produced by innovative, locally based manufacturers. Clients comfort is our priority, that's why all of our furniture is super-easy to assemble and delivered flat-packed for easy lifting and carrying.

What does sustainability mean to noo.ma?

Eco-friendly attitude has been our key value since the very beginning. That’s why we’ve almost completely eliminated the use of plastic in packaging & delivery of our products and we ship our furniture always flat-packed to reduce the carbon footprint. Products

How are noo.ma products delivered?

Your order will be delivered flat-packed in several boxes to assure security during transportation, easy lifting and carrying. All of our furniture is preassembled which means that all the pieces are ready to use. Final assembly consists on connecting these pieces together using smart connectors placed in all the components. This process is super easy and does not require tools.

What is the standard lead-time?

Standard lead-time for most of our furniture is 4-7 weeks. Accessories are usually in stock and are shipped within 48 hours. If they are not in stock, the lead time time may take up to 6 weeks.

Where are noo.ma products made?

noo.ma production is based locally in Poland. Most of our furniture & accessories are manufactured by fully automated machinery and for the parts where human touch is necessary we work with the best professionals in the industry. Our products are made of the highest quality materials of known origin.

Can I customize noo.ma furniture?

We usually do not customize our products due to the complexity of our production process. Nevertheless, there are some products that we can tailor to your needs, especially if you'd like to purchase 10 or more pieces. If you want to explore a customization, please send the details of what you need (and any technical drawings, if you have them) using our contact form. Please note that any custom-made pieces cannot be returned.

I’m not sure which furniture color to choose, could you help me?

Of course, we know choosing a finish online can be tricky, so for many products you can order samples to help you decide at home. The samples are available to purchase directly on the product page, right next to the “Add to cart” button, and you can order as many as you need (boards, wood, metal, or fabric, depending on the product). Please note that our standard return policy does not apply to samples. If you'd like extra photos, more details, or technical guidance before you decide, we can also provide RAL/NCS colour codes where applicable, just get in touch with us using the contact form.

Shopping Online

Is it possible to pay in a currency different than EUR, GBP, CHF, NOK and PLN?

Yes, it's possible, but in such case the easy payment methods are not available. Please choose „Bank Transfer” while placing an order and transfer the money using details displayed in the checkout or ask our support team using the contact form.

What payment methods are available?

We offer many different payment options, all of which are free to the customer – we will not charge any extra fees for any payment method.
We accept any type of credit/debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cartes Bancaires and CartaS), Paypal, Apple Pay, Bank Transfer. We also support online banking: Klarna, Sofort Banking, Przelewy24, iDEAL and EPS. Please note that when you choose choosing “Bank Transfer” payment method, we’re not responsible for any additional fees that your client’s bank may charge while making a transfer to our bank account. All noo.ma bank accounts are registered in Poland.

Can I pay in installments?

We do accept payments from an online payment system Klarna that offers ”pay later” services. You can find out more about Klarna here.

Is it possible to order an assembly service?

Sorry, but we do not offer assembly services. Fortunately, our assembly is just simple & fun! Our products are delivered preassembled with smart connectors which limits the final assembly time to maximum 15 minutes, with no tools needed.

Am I entitled to a warranty and how long does it cover?

The legal warranty is mandatory and applies EU-wide for two years beginning from the date consumers receive the product. For the full Terms & Conditions, please click here.
noo.ma does not cover:

  • Modifications, alterations, tampering, or improper maintenance or repairs;
  • Prolonged exposure to moisture or direct sunlight;
  • Any actions or uses performed outside of those recommended or specified in our Care Guide, on our site, including our FAQs.

Delivery

I’m experiencing issues with delivery, what should I do?

Please keep in mind that the delivery dates shown on product pages are estimates based on our statistical shipping data, so they can occasionally change. The quickest next step is to log in to your customer account to check which carrier is handling your shipment and to see the most up-to-date delivery status and tracking details. If contacting the carrier doesn't resolve the issue, you can also select the exact type of delivery problem directly in your customer account so it's routed correctly to our team and we can help you as fast as possible.

How much does shipping cost?

For orders above €100 shipping is free.

For orders below €100 shipping costs is €9.9


Deliveries within Poland

Delivery costs are calculated in the cart based on your order contents and location. Within Poland, small products ship free; an additional fee applies only if your order includes medium or large items. The delivery fee is charged once per order, regardless of the number of products or the order value.

What locations do noo.ma ship to?

We ship to countries in European Union and to United Kingdom & Switzerland. In some cases we can also ship worldwide.

How will my parcel be delivered?

noo.ma usually uses Fedex and TNT as a freight forwarder for international shipments and DTS for domestic services in Poland. The service includes a delivery to your door. Courier will attempt to deliver the parcel to the provided address. If delivery fails the first time, please contact the carrier’s support team to schedule a second delivery attempt.

How long does delivery take?

Deliveries within Poland take 2-3 days, deliveries to other countries take 4-7 days.

How will I know that my order is on its way? Can I track the delivery status?

Once your order has been shipped, noo.ma sends you a shipping confirmation email, which includes a tracking link for your parcel, so that you can follow its progress.

Current Order

I didn’t get an order confirmation, what should I do?

First, please check your spam/junk folder and any “Promotions” or filtered tabs, as emails can sometimes land there. The order confirmation is sent automatically right after the order is placed, to the exact email address entered at checkout. Once your parcel is shipped, you'll receive a separate shipping confirmation automatically as soon as the shipping label is created with the carrier. If you still can't find either message, please reach out to us using the contact form and include your full name and (if possible) your order number, so we can quickly verify the status for you.

How can I receive an update on my order?

Once your parcel is actually shipped, you'll receive a separate shipping confirmation as soon as the shipping label is created with the carrier, and that message will include the tracking details. If you want to see the most up-to-date estimated shipping date before dispatch, you can always find it in your noo.ma customer account after logging in, because it's pulled directly from our system and reflects the latest estimate.

Can I change the details of my order?

In many cases, yes, as long as the order hasn't been shipped yet. If you contact us to change something (for example the delivery address, contact details, or items in the order), we temporarily pause the shipment while we review your request and confirm the changes with you in writing. Please keep in mind that holding the shipment to make edits can affect the planned dispatch timing and may extend the estimated shipping date. To request a change, please reach out via our contact form and include your order number and the exact update you'd like to make.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my product?

We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase from noo.ma, however we do understand that sometimes unexpected situations occur. If you do not wish to keep your product, you may return your non-damaged and unused noo.ma purchase (sample set excluded) in its original packaging within 30 days. The customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with returning a non-damaged item. Read detailed information about our return & refund policy here.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

We ask you to inspect the product(s) within 14 days of delivery and let us know if anything is missing or damaged in transit. Kindly document the damage to the product and packaging, preferably in the presence of the carrier, so that we can fairly consider your compensation. Depending on the product and your preference, we will repair or replace your product, and even if that is your preference, we will refund part or all of the value of your order.
