About the team
We operate across all major European markets, with a product that's already proven at scale — and a team that knows how to make it land.
How do we envision the ideal person for this position?
- You have some experience in B2B sales or a strong motivation to enter contract sales — in furniture, interior design, construction, or related industries
- You want to actively build a network in Berlin and the DACH region — among hoteliers, developers, architects, and specifiers
- You're decisive, direct, and comfortable initiating new conversations — cold outreach, referrals, and everything in between
- You enjoy LinkedIn as a sales channel and are willing to actively represent noo.ma — sharing case studies, engaging with clients, and building your presence in the industry
- You're sales-focused but keep the process clean — documenting activities, updating the CRM, and making sure the right information reaches the right people at the right time
- German at C1 level or higher, English at B2 level or higher
- Driving licence (category B)
An additional advantage would be:
- Existing familiarity with or connections to real estate investors, developers, or FF&E companies
- Proficiency with modern tools: CRM, Shopify, Katana, or similar
- Aesthetic sensibility aligned with the noo.ma philosophy — you understand why the product looks the way it does, and it shows when you talk about it
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Actively acquire new clients in the DACH market — cold outreach, networking, attending industry events, turning early conversations into long-term business relationships
- Identify and pursue project opportunities with hotels, developers, retail chains, and office operators — before they reach the brief stage
- Be the face of noo.ma for architects, interior designers, and hospitality professionals — at the showroom, at industry events, and everywhere in between
- Work closely with more experienced colleagues on the Berlin market and with the central B2B team in Poland on complex projects — learning the industry from those who know it
- Build and run the architecture zone at Weinmeisterstraße — curate the space, invite the right people, and make it a destination in the Berlin design community
- Be genuinely active in the industry — trade fairs, design weeks, hospitality events — not as PR, but because that's where relationships are built
From our side, we offer:
- Access to our Berlin showroom, offering outstanding opportunities for client meetings and brand communication.
- The opportunity to help shape one of Europe's fastest-growing companies (Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Central Europe 2023 & 2024).
- A small, close-knit team with strong mentorship and hands-on support.
- A direct impact on the business, with continuous opportunities for professional growth and development.
- Top-of-the-line equipment, including a MacBook.
- A company car with fuel covered.
- An inclusive and diverse workplace committed to sustainability and environmental responsibility, with opportunities to take part in initiatives such as tree-planting events and diversity & inclusion workshops.
- The chance to work with a premium-quality product—our customer reviews speak for themselves.
- Ongoing training and full support from your manager.
- A relaxed, collaborative atmosphere and a team of experienced professionals—we work alongside experts from some of Poland's leading companies.
