FAQ

All of our packages are delivered via Courier excluding greeting cards which are sent via Post.

Every delivery within EU is included in the product price.

Payment methods: Dotpay, PayPal or bank transfer.

Bought product can be returned without any cause during 14 days since delivery. Detailed description on how to return your order can be found in “Help – Returns and Complaints” section.

In the event of receiving incorrect product, after error or bad quality confirmation, the return will be made with shipping costs coverage. If there will be any error in the ordered product please contact us using e-mail adress: office@noo.ma. The return form needs to be attached in the return package.

If you haven’t received the e-mail confirmation during 60 minutes from order placement please contact our customer service.

To receive all the latest offers and discounts you need to sign up to our newsletter. You can always resign from our newsletter subscription using the link placed in the bottom of every e-mail.

Cancellation or change of the order is not possible because it is being executed since order confirmation on our website. If you change your mind you can return the order after delivery. If you made a mistake during order placement please contact us as soon as possible.

Production time depends on kind of the ordered product. You can find execution time details on every single product page. Before every delivery we are sending an e-mail informing about passing it to the courier company. If you’d like to get detailed information about the delivery time please contact us.
