How can I pay for my order?

We accept the following payment options: PayPal, DotPay, bank transfer, credit cards and Klarna. All prices in our web shop are stated with VAT (23%). 

Can I change or cancel an order?

Within 4 calendar days of placing your order, you can cancel or change your order completely or partially without any conditions or costs. To ask for the shipping status please get in contact with our Customer Team.

Guarantee & Returns

Does my furniture come with a guarantee?

Our products come with a 2 years guarantee starting from the day you received the product. You should therefore always keep your sales receipts and delivery statements.

What is our return policy?

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to send it back to us.

Once you have received your delivery, please inspect the product(s) and inform us within 5 days of delivery if anything is missing or has been damaged in transit. We will refund or replace any item that arrives damaged. The original box for the product needs to be saved to be able to claim the product. Please contact our customer team for more info on how to proceed at office@noo.ma

If you are not happy with your item, you may return your non-damaged and unused noo.ma purchase within 14 days. Due to the high quality of the materials and fabrics used in noo.ma products, the customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with returning a non-damaged item. What can I do if a product arrived damaged?

 Once you have received your delivery, please inspect it for quality. We will return, refund or replace any item that arrives damaged.

How long is the delivery time for a new item if I have a complaint?

The delivery time for a new item will be a 3-4 weeks. We do not carry stock, so we have to produce a new item for you.
